Hi, JAMBites, this guide is for all 2023 UTME candidates who want to check their UTME results using their phone numbers. Here is how to use the JAMB result Checker with phone number to see your 2023 UTME performance.

There are three options 2023 UTME candidates can use to check their JAMB results, which are:
- Using the JAMB Registration Number.
- Using the JAMB efacility (This one requires you to log in to your JAMB profile).
- SMS Method (This method requires you to use the phone number you used for UTME registration).

JAMB Result Checker with Phone Number 2023.
NOTE: Before proceeding, I want to make one thing clear. You CAN NOT check your JAMB result with a phone number that is not registered with JAMB. That is, a phone number you didn’t use during your JAMB UTME registration.
This method will is efficient, and easy to use for everyone. You can quickly check your JAMB result using SMS on your phone. Use this guide below.
Step 1: Open the message application.
Step 2: Click on “Compose” to Create a new message.
Step 3: In the message body, type UTMERESULT in capital letters.
Step 4: Send the message to JAMB shortcode 55019.
Step 5: Wait for a response from JAMB. The response will contain your JAMB score and your admission status.
Step 6: Ensure you have at least, N50 Airtime balance before this procedure will be successful.
Important Note: You have to wait for JAMB to send you, your UTME performance score for each subject, and your total JAMB score. This is the only JAMB result checking procedure that costs you money.

Can I check my JAMB result with only my registration number?
Yes. You can check your result using only your JAMB registration number.

2. Enter your correct JAMB registration number in the blank box.
3. Click on the ‘Check UTME Results’ button.
How to check JAMB result with JAMB’s registration number and phone number?
This is how you can use your JAMB Reg. number or phone number to check your UTME score.
1. Visit JAMB portal at https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/CheckUTMEResults.
2. In the blank box provided, enter your JAMB Reg. number or phone number in the blank box.
3. Click on the ‘Check UTME Results’ button.
How do I check JAMB result for someone?
You can use the JAMB result checker portal to check JAMB result for someone else. It’s accessible to everyone. Simply have the UTME’s candidate JAMB registration number, or email address, and you can check it.
- Visit the JAMB result site @ https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/CheckUTMEResults.
- Enter the candidate’s Registration number or email address in the box provided.
- Click on “CHECK JAMB RESULT” to see the person’s UTME result.
How can I check my JAMB result using 55019?
Send UTMERESULT or RESULT to 55019 as a text message. You will be charged N50 before JAMB will reply you with a text message back, containing your four subjects’ scores and total UTME score.
